Norstar Plumbing and Engineering, Inc. is seeking Certified and Qualified DBE, MBE, SBE, WBE, SBRA, LSAF, HUB Subcontractors and/or Suppliers to provide the following but not limited to: AC Paving, Trucking, Saw Cutting, Equipment Rentals, Traffic Control, Jack and Bore, Cold Planing, SWPPP, Aggregates, AC, Pipes and Fittings, Survey Traffic Markings, Demolition, Traffic Loops, Potholing, Welding, and Preconstruction Video. This project consist of demolition, furnishing, installing, testing and making operational 3.3 miles of 42-inch cement mortar lined and coated steel potable water transmission pipeline and associated appurtenances, which include, but are not limited to; trenchless crossings; air release valves, blowoff assemblies, valves, fittings, and connections to existing water facilities; removal of existing facilities as required; pavement removal and restoration; traffic control; testing, disinfection, startup, and commissioning; and all other work necessary to provide a complete and operational water transmission pipeline system. The project also includes construction of associated flow control facility components and site improvements, utility coordination, and restoration of all affected public and private improvements to complete contract work for Jurupa Community Services District Intervalley Pipeline Project with a Bid Due Date of 09/18/2026 at 2:00pm.
