Norstar Plumbing and Engineering, Inc. is seeking Certified and Qualified DBE, MBE, SBE, WBE, SBRA, LSAF, HUB Subcontractors and/or Suppliers to provide the following but not limited to: AC Paving, Trucking, Saw Cutting, Equipment Rentals, Traffic Control, Jack and Bore, Cold Planing, SWPPP, Aggregates, AC, Pipes and Fittings, Survey Traffic Markings, Demolition, Traffic Loops, Potholing, Welding, and Preconstruction Video. This project consists of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, transportation and incidentals necessary to furnish, install, commission, start up and deliver a complete and fully functional project in accordance with Bid Documents. The major items of work to be performed are categorized into Butterfield Dual Force Main, Mountain Avenue List Station, RP-2 Lift Station, and Butterfield Lift Station to complete contract work for Inland Empire Utilities Agency with a bid due date of October 6th, 2026 at 2:00pm.
